Good place to get ice cream after doing some shopping in the area. Of note, it stays open later than Hilliards on a Sunday. Staff is friendly and efficient. Ice cream is good, but it melts faster during the summer months.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - I had an issue with my ice cream. I contacted corporate. This store sent me an email 'thank you for your feedback'. They did not offer to pay for my ice-cream or send me a gift card so that I would buy ice cream from them again. Corporate didn't even contact me. I will NEVER buy ice cream from these guys again and encourage all of you to do the same. Go to your LOCAL farm for better ice-cream, friendlier people, and people who know how to do business. Worst corporation I've ever dealt with when it comes to customer service.

Me and my Mom LOVE Going to cold stone on Sundays after church, but after the one where we live, right in our town closed down, we were forced to look else where and the one in Mansfield was the closet Cold stone near us. It was on our first visit there that we noticed that owner continually hovered around his workers, watching their every move with intense scrutiny (especially around the cash register), not trusting them. We also noticed that the price was a little bit higher than the cold stone we use to go to, more so we noticed that they were incredibly stingy with the toppings or add-ons if you will, how expensive is m&m's or reece's? If I am ordering a large, or pint of there ice-cream, then the toppings or add-on should reflect that (I should not be getting the same amount of m&m's with a large as with a small). So, I cannot recommend this place, me and my mom are going to check the Cold Stone in Millbury, hopefully they will be fair with us and not a chiseler like the owner in Mansfield!

The ice cream is good. Not great. For what they charge the ice cream should be phenomenal. (8$ for a runny milkshake, you should be ashamed of yourself, Coldstone!) You pay through the nose for the gimick of smushing the ice cream around on a cold slab of marble. My advice, get a blizzard from dairy for a 1/3 of the price.

If you are very careful and ask a lot of questions, you can get some gluten free ice cream here. No bike rack. Don't know about public transit to here.
