Haven't had much service work done recently but always found the technicians there to be above board and knowledgeable. Always left knowing that my car was fixed correctly the first time. Never had an issue with anything they repaired.
This was my 9th dealership in the search for a vehicle in my price point and this should have been my 1st dealership. Every single person I came in contact with there was absolutely incredible. The friendliness of the staff is remarkable. I couldn't have been more happy. Ariana kept pressuring me to come in and I should have listened to her from the beginning she is wonderful, friendly and fun! Scotty wow the stories that man has to share are so heartfelt what a guy he is! Geoffrey in financing another awesome guy very upfront and truthful and gets you what you want with no bull in between. I could go on and on, but if you are in search for genuinely nice people and a family friendly environment this is the place to go! I Will FOREVER be a Lance customer in Mansfield.
Don’t be fooled by their “certified preowned” 2 years later my car needs a new engine and no one is willing to work with me on the price. I even found a cheaper engine myself and they refused to put it in unless they ordered and “up charged” me. Sales department was very friendly and seemed willing to work with me but unfortunately with out help of the service department I am stuck with a car that will cost more than half the value of the car to repair. Be warned GMC is not a car made to last. After having this issue and doing my research I am not the first person who is stuck replacing an engine before 100,000
