I have been frequently renting cars there and both Shannon and Tyler are great employees. Many times they upgraded my cars and always have a smile and customer service dedication. They are always busy at the closing time and have stayed past closings by 30-45 minutes to help the waiting customers. They always give a courtesy call to hear any concerns, but I always had great things about their quality of work. I like their dedication to work and they exemplify ideal employees!
I needed to rent a car after mine was totaled. They gave me a piece of crap that was dirty both inside and out. When I mention this, he stated that he could get me a good deal on a Maxima. BS
