Terrible! The Manager (who would not give me her name) so I'm forced to describe her as a blonde women covered in tattoos and has a possible nose ring. She works at the Mansfield Massachusetts store. I went in the store to return two rompers that have NEVER been worn and still have the tags on them. She asked if they've been worn I told her no (POLITELY) and she attacked me saying they smell and are covered with hair (neither of which is true). They were both in brand new condition!! I was very surprised and offended this manager was saying this! She actually said she would not even touch them they were too disgusting! I was honestly shocked at where this was coming from..it was like we were talking about two entirely different items of clothing . I could see if what she was saying was true that they smelled and were covered in hair but clearly they were not!! I feel as if this manager was having a bad day and took her anger out on me because she mentioned "it was 12:00 on a Monday and she didn't have time for this". This manager needs to be told to treat customers with respect and never to insult them by telling them their clothing smells and are disgusting when clearly they are not. She clearly has issues!! But please ask her not to take them out on the customers it's just awful! . She clearly has issued. But do not talented out on the customers please!!
Deceptively small, this store continually amazes me with the amount of merchandise it contains. I love their jeans, but there's so much more. From dresses and tops to bathing suits and shoes, AE has something for everyone. There's always a bargain to be found in the clearance racks too it seems. The sales staff is friendly without being overbearing, and their return/exchange policy is fabulous: where else can you buy online and return at the store seamlessly? This is a real review by a real person with nothing to gain from the post. Just sharing good vibes ☺
