We switched to sprint in May 2017-at the Mansfield ma location because we were promised competive pricing to include 3 phones, with unlimited freedom plans. should have realized on day 1 when we were in the store for 3.5hrs to purchase and activate phones! First We we told our monthly fee would not exceed $170- then I got the 1st bill that was $254!!! Went to store told Me it was an error and should be all set... nope checked a few days later still not fixed.may 23rd  Again went to sprint store told them I was not leaving until this was resolved after1 hr of 3different people handling again says resolved you should see a credit in your bill and going forward, 1 credit was received however now mthly cost back up to $270.!! I proceeded once again July 7th to contact the store to speak with the sales reps we dealt with...guess what ? no longer there. The man on the phone Brian says he's the new manager and they were extremely busy but we can set an appt for July 10@ 12... I agreed.  I arrived for my appt on 7/[email protected] guessed it no Brian he had an emergency... and will call me the next day. I took time off from work for the 3rd time, ridiculously poor service, like dealing w/ scam artist. The topper is there cell service is terrible. I'm at a loss I can't believe a local retail store would treat local small businesses in this manner. I would absolutely not recommend switching your service through this store! Very frustrated and disappointed

This store sucks. The employees are unprofessional, unenthusiastic, and unaccommodating. Bad experience. They couldn't even get through step one in a proffesional manner........ the greeting. Instead of saying something like "hi" or "how can I help you?" He just looked at me with a dumb look on his face. So pretty much that was a good indication of how the rest of the visit would go. The guy who was doing his half -assed best to help me (not really, he was the unenthusiastic one) had no idea what he was doing and was clearly not qualified to work on phones. But he did look at it for a while and waste some of my time. I especially disliked the part when he was waiting for my phone to restart and proceeded to pick at an ingrown hair or boil or something on his arm with his way too long finger nails and then touched my phone with the same fingers. It was disgusting. Needless to say, they couldn't help me with my problem and I will never go to this store again. Its always been like this at this store, the real problem is obviously not the employees, its a major lack of training and management. I'll try Best Buy, they seem to have descent employees.

The best Sprint store hands down, the guys are great at troubleshooting and fixing iPhones or helping you with your account.

They'll trick you into thinking your getting a great deal nd then you look at ur bank statement nd ur missing $600. So then u go in nd return everything nd they offer u a check instead of the form u paid with. It's now been nearly a week nd still nothing. DO NOT LET THEM TALK U INTO ANY OF THEIR BS "DEALS" they'll lie nd say everything will work in restricted areas nd it won't. HORRIBLE ! Never been so pissed

On August 28th we got 5 phones from this store. We were promised $600 worth of rebates for porting over lines but this never happened. I started calling on 11/16/17 and have called and visited 8 or 9 times and have been promised callbacks that never happen. I am currently filing a complaint with the MASS Attorney General's office in regard to this. Today, 12/14/17, Zach hung up on me telling me he will no longer speak to me on this because I have involved the AG's office. Beware of Nate, Olivia and Zach at this store. Apparently nothing they say is true. I wish I had stayed with AT&T.
