Bad reviewers need to understand that speaking another language is not easy and sometimes can come off as a miscommunication.
I came here a few times and I absolutely recommend that you go elsewhere. Some of the ladies there were completely judgemental of me when I asked if I could change my color option since they were rushing me to pick a color at the beginning. There is no sense of cleanliness there, they reuse massaging stones that are put in a hot container which doesn't actually kill all the germs. And the utensils are not new or come in a new package like they're supposed to. It's truly an unhygienic experience.
Just recently I got acrylics done again. Not even 2 days went by without a nail breaking off. Now, after about a week of having them on i have 3 broken nails. Never coming here again.
Phenomenal Service! Every time my wife and I come here we are treated exceptionally well. The pedicures are awesome! All the ladies are very nice and welcoming.
I've given this place many chances. One time I got acrylics done by them and a day later 2 nails popped off like nothing. I got them fixed but that same day they were fixed, the same 2 nails broke off.
Worst nail salon experience of my life. Greeted with a "what do you want" by some lady slouched in a chair on her phone. My nails arent shaped right, I wanted them long and she made them shorter and continued to cut them down when I said "they're too short". All different lengths. They made my friend bleed and began digging at her cut. Had me drying my nails under one small dryer that couldn't fit a single hand. Burned my finger twice. Told my friend they couldnt do the color she wanted then said they could when she didn't want to get anything done then when they put acrylics on they told her they couldnt do it and she said to take them off. They got pissed off and started clipping her nails in my face. Horrible. Will NEVER go back.
NANCY IS THE BEST!!!! First time there a few months ago I am googling now to book my appointment for my wedding nails. and I see some comments that are 1 star. I do not know why the day I was there they were JAM PACKED i called on my way there and they said come on in. I came in i picked out a color and it was off to the races! I had Nancy!! sweet as a bug. I ended up spotting a color across the room and she found the same color in the back for me! then after my toes we stared on the mani. As the mani was drying I got a shoulder massage.. Idk what about you guys but for $55 that was the best mani pedi I have ever had!!!!
